Location: NYC Metro / Tri-State (or able to commute to NYC once per month)

Schedule: One 8-hour filming day, third Saturday of each month

About OVIDIA.

OVIDIA. is a digital infrastructure company built to equip women of color founders with the clarity, access, and strategy they have been historically denied. Through research, funding intel, legal literacy, and digital tools, we help founders make confident decisions and build fundable, protected businesses.

We’re launching the OVIDIA. podcast, a show that blends business honesty, cultural fluency, and digital strategy. We break down the realities of entrepreneurship, highlight deserving founders, and speak directly to the women shaping the future of business.

The Role

We’re looking for a Podcast Co-Host to join founder Khila James on-camera each month.

This role requires someone who is:

Bold
Outgoing

Fearless
High-energy
Comfortable leading conversations
Naturally charismatic on camera
Able to keep discussions dynamic and engaging

You’ll help carry the show, amplify discussions, spark dialogue, and bring personality to each episode. Some episodes will be in-studio, and others may be filmed off-site for interviews or special editions.

Co-hosts receive full rights to all clips featuring them to build their personal brand, credibility, and digital presence.
